Fairbrossen Estate

Fairbrossen Cellar Door and Tea Rooms is a new, small, family operated business conveniently located in the delightful Carmel Valley just 30 minutes from Perth CBD.

The Cellar Door offers a range of boutique wines, all carefully crafted including fruit grown organically on the Estate. The vineyard was established in 2002 in gravel soils overlying granite. The westerly aspect of our vineyard produces a unique micro-climate with cooling effects of the seabreeze. Our philosophy is for minimum intervention in the vineyard and the winemaking process allowing the wine to fully express the characters of the fruit. We selectively hand pick the best fruit leading to high quality handcrafted wine.

The Tea Rooms serve all 100 % homemade food using natural, local produce where possible. Our specialty is delightful Devonshire Teas with homemade strawberry jam. We offer a selection of freshly made lunches, including our renowned Beef in Red Wine Pies and the popular Vineyard Platter.

Visitors are invited to sit and enjoy the view across the vineyard to the State Forest beyond, whilst enjoying a pleasant lunch or afternoon tea, or a glass of our award winning wines.
