We pride ourselves on wholesome home cooking, using the freshest local produce and top quality meat from the states’ South West. Try our specialty pies: Beef or Mushroom with Red Wine Sauce… topped with puff pastry and served with a garden salad of the day. Devonshire Teas: We have become renowned for the light scones and delicious homemade strawberry jam. Vineyard Platter: Served at your table or if preferred it can be enjoyed “picnic style” on the lawn.Natural produce of jams and chutney made with local ingredients at Fairbrossen provide a tantalizing accompaniment to many of the meals.
‘Fairbrossen Natural Produce’ preserves, and local organic chocolate from ‘Carmel Valley Organic Chocolates’ as well as locally produced ‘Dinkum Dukkah’ are also available for purchase.

Enjoy a unique dining experience at our beautiful lakeside setting. Hot Rocks is an interactive dining method that presents your meal cooking on volcanic rock heated to 400C. This method sears in the natural juices thereby enhancing the flavour and tenderness of your meal. No oils or fats are used with the Hot Rock dining style making it a healthy eating option.
The menu also offers ‘Off the Rocks’ options, including gourmet platters, a cheeseboard and other dishes which change with the seasons.
Lake Charlotte can cater for all occasions including private dinners, corporate Christmas parties and weddings.

Millbrook Winery offers a unique "from the property" menu to complement its award-winning wines. Our menu changes with the seasons to utilise over 100 varieties of heirloom vegetables grown and handpicked daily from our one acre garden. Stone fruit, citrus, figs, apples, herbs, free-range eggs, olives, honey and marron are also sourced from the estate.
Our Head Chef, Guy Jeffreys, provides a modern Australian menu in the restaurant, or picnic baskets to enjoy by the lake in spring and summer.
The restaurant, which is located on the upper level of the winery with sweeping views, is also a superb function room ideal for special occasions or corporate events.
