Brookside Vineyard - The Vineyard Kitchen
We started this journey a little over three years ago when the folks at Brookside Vineyard found the need to keep their thirsty visitors hunger at bay by providing platters to accompany their award winning wines. From here we slowly grew to provide gourmet tasting plates onto where we find ourselves today, providing some of the finest meals in the Perth hills. With the addition of our brand new commercial kitchen we now provide meals prepared fresh everyday for those lucky enough to secure a table at our boutique venue.

Fairbrossen Estate Cafe
Officially opened in 2008, our small family run cafe is located in the beautiful Bickley/Carmel valley, just 25 minutes from the Perth CBD, and only 10 minutes from Perth Airport. The cafe is located in the old tractor shed, which has been tastefully transformed and extended, with an elevated dining area overlooking the vines. The cafe is enclosed with glazing and blinds for your comfort, but can be fully opened when the weather is suitable. We invite you to experience the ambiance of our rural setting while enjoying the views across the vineyard to the forest beyond.
All of our food is wholesome and homemade, and freshly cooked for your enjoyment.
Our menu may change depending on the season to ensure freshest local ingredients. We also serve a limited menu of country style food and are renowned for our delightful Devonshire Teas with fresh scones, jam and cream. If something sweet is more your style, you can choose from our selection of cakes and pastries. We cater for vegetarian and gluten free dining also.

Hainault Vineyard & Café
Michael and Lyn Sykes invite you to enjoy a casual dining experience at Hainault Vineyard and café either on the verandah or on the deck the avocado trees overlooking the vineyard and onto the adjoining National Park. We believe our food and wine should be ethically produced, environmentally sustainable and perfect to enjoy with a glass of wine, and our menu reflects this philosophy.Although we are renowned for our vineyard platters and homemade cakes we also offer homemade tarts, soups, frittata and are rapidly gaining a reputation for our Pumpkin and Dukkah burgers. Eggs are sourced from our own free range hens and we only use local, seasonal fruit and vegetables, organic whenever possible. The organic free range meat is from Sebastian’s Butchers in Kalamunda where the coppa and prosciutto are made on site. Lunch is served from 11.30 to 3.30 Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. As we are a very small venue, booking are recommended to avoid disappointment.
Lake Charlotte Wines
Enjoy a unique dining experience at our beautiful lakeside setting. Hot Rocks is an interactive dining method that presents your meal cooking on volcanic rock heated to 400C. This method sears in the natural juices thereby enhancing the flavour and tenderness of your meal. No oils or fats are used with the Hot Rock dining style making it a healthy eating option.
The menu also offers ‘Off the Rocks’ options, including gourmet platters, a cheeseboard and other dishes which change with the seasons.
Lake Charlotte can cater for all occasions including private dinners, corporate Christmas parties and weddings.
We are a restaurant that is open for lunches 12pm to 3pm (al a Carte menu) Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Wine tasting and sales Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday 11am to 5pm. We have live music on Sundays. We also do functions, eg Weddings, birthdays, and other private functions - Easter, Christmas etc.

Millbrook Winery offers a unique "from the property" menu to complement its award-winning wines. Our menu changes with the seasons to utilise over 100 varieties of heirloom vegetables grown and handpicked daily from our one acre garden. Stone fruit, citrus, figs, apples, herbs, free-range eggs, olives, honey and marron are also sourced from the estate.
Our Head Chef, Guy Jeffreys, provides a modern Australian menu in the restaurant, or picnic baskets to enjoy by the lake in spring and summer.
The restaurant, which is located on the upper level of the winery with sweeping views, is also a superb function room ideal for special occasions or corporate events.

The rustic restaurant is a great dining venue all year round offering a welcoming open log fire in winter through to air conditioned comfort during the summer months. The popular a la carte menu is based on a selection of delicious dishes using only the freshest of quality ingredients.
